Change – You Keep it
Day nine of the 12 days of Christmas. Today I wanted to talk about making changes and sticking to them. If you have implemented the one change that you identified from the Ideal Average Christmas you're implementing that you've made the change - stick to your guns. In regards to the going back to the default of what you've always done and you know it is potentially the expectations of others at the expense of your own happiness or peace. If you are being true and authentic and respectful to yourself and others in the process then make the change and stick to it.

By Doing You are Teaching
Say for example if you've got children you know if we're say to our son or our daughter "whatever you do, you always go to do what's right for you. You can't listen to what the other kids are telling you to do, if they tell you that you've got to go third in line but you already in first position you make sure you stay in first position and you stand up for yourself and you do what's right". Now that's fine that's very cliché and that's what a lot of us you know a lot of parents, a lot of us would do, is be giving words of what is what is right for them. However, if on the flip side you are always, or frequently accommodating others. Others are saying this is what I want from you and your accommodating then what you're doing is actually role modeling that you don't you don't put yourself first and I'll not say it has to happen all the time but if you accommodating all the time then you're saying "make sure you stay in first" but you're actually in life you're know your role modeling that "well sometimes you put yourself back at third or actually a lot of times you put yourself back at third".
Are You Leading or Saying
So that's just something to put out there - are you leading and showing example of what you're wanting for your children and the next generation? Are you leading by demonstrating or actually just saying? I think that's a real big difference and this is a real great time to actually role model that you making changes and sticking to it and being true to what's good for you and the family is so important. So anyway that's that one or leave there. I trust that this has been helpful and I look forward to having you on board for the next video.
