What and where is the Good-life?
Is the GOOD-LIFE a myth? Where do find the good-life – is it down isle 32 as a red-light special in your local supermarket? Is there a golden checklist that you can tick off and therefore achieve the good-life? The good-life is defined and measured by each of us because we all have different versions of what goes into the making of the good life.

Now, for a lot of people they don’t know what they want for tomorrow let alone the future so the ever tempting short-term feel good of television, Internet, computer games, Facebook and the like - is all too common. Now lets be clear, I’m not claiming that these are the pathway to being eternally miserably – no, no, no everything in balance – but it is the over use of these time-filling activities that can get in the way of thinking and doing what it takes to create your version of the good-life.
Tips for Your Good-Life
The 5 guide-posts for YOUR version of the good-life:
1. Let go of other people’s expectations of who you are and what you do. You have inner genius about who you are -- step closer to being the real-you.
2. Does the 5 people you spend most of your time with reflect the real-you? If not, spend more time with people who help you climb the authenticity-ladder.
3. When have you felt truly happy or jumping-out-of your-skin alive? If you know it is good for you, good for others and good for your environment -- then design your life to rock out with doing more of that.
4. Take a moment, slow your thoughts ….. down and answer this question………….. If you removed all time, money and reasons as to why you can’t achieve the life of your dreams then what would you do in your uniquely amazing life?
5. Take your answer to question 4 as a starting point to connecting inwards to start living and moving towards your good life.
